Troubleshooting

Water Pump Not Working?

Before using the pump, make sure:

The pump is completely submerged in water.
The impeller is free from debris such as algae, gravel, or fish waste.
The tubing is not bent or blocked.
After the first setup or a water change, gently shake the pump underwater to release trapped air that may prevent normal operation.

LED Light Not Turning On?

Use a compatible 5V USB power adapter.
Supported outputs: 5V 0.5A, 5V 1A, 5V 1.5A, or 5V 2A.
Do not use fast-charging adapters, as they are incompatible with the LED light.
